How We Work
Our salon company has level based pricing; each Stylist’s level is based on their demand of time. Please ask our Guest Service Expert to assist you with the Stylist best suited for your needs and goals.
Many of our Stylists also serve as Educators, and work with a team of Associate Stylists to help you achieve your look. Everyone who works on you is a fully licensed stylist, and all techniques and formulas come directly from our Educators.
This beautiful teamwork between Educators and Associates allows Stylists with a high demand of their time to accommodate wonderful new guests, and pass skills to the next generation of Stylists; all while providing you with an incredible personalized experience, and shorter appointment times.
Michelle Leonard
Michelle Leonard (Micki)
has been a stylist since 1988. She has owned and operated Leonardo’s Salon, entering it’s 25th year. Through dedication, hard work, and and a great team of passionate artists, Leonardo’s has earned “The Best of Quincy” seven times! She prides herself on listening to her clients, and with over 30 years of experience, she has the talent and skills to create what you – the clients – want and expect. Micki thrives on keeping fresh and up-to-date in the beauty business. She believes in the power of education and loves to keep up with the latest techniques and trends.
Jessica Pelletier

She is a talented stylist with extensive color training from Goldwell, and Paul Mitchell, she specializes in corrective color, classic, and vivid tones. With a thirst for continuing education and constant learning. Jessica always stays ahead of the trends without losing the refinement of the classics. She is a Certified DevaCurl stylist for you curly girls. Whether you are looking to maintain your style or “shock and rock” Jessica can deliver! Lynn Perreault
Meet Lynn!
Following her dreams and love for fashion and styling Lynn is a well rounded stylist. She is Certified in Advanced Color with Paul Mitchell and has developed her own unique method, accenting each individual’s strengths by creating a complete look. Lynn is an exceptional talent and with her free spirit, positive energy and love for making people beautiful she will not disapoint! Coloring and styling are a passion of Lynn. So if you are planning a monumental event and you need to look and feel your absolute best or going out for a special night Lynn’s amazing finish work will impress!
